Been studying martial arts since '81. I have done Shotokan, Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi Chuan, Tang Soo Do, American Zen Sword, Hapkido, Muay Thai, Brazilian JuJitsu, Japanese JuJitsu, Goju-Ryu, Krav Maga, Escrima/Arnis. Whew.
Used to have my own studio. Don't anymore. Now I teach at Freestyle, and I love it. Plenty of time to do training for myself there, which makes all the difference.Interact
