        Aerobic or anaerobic?
        Burpees are great for anaerobic.
        Or you could try 20sec sprints, rest 20 sec, sprint, rest, etc, etc..
        For a total of 20 min. Studies have shown this to improve overall cardio faster than just plain jogging. Also works great in the pool if your a swimmer and or are carrying an injury that keeps you from running.

      So how can I make a speedy recovery from pulled chest/shoulder muscles??

        rest and apply a heat bag, or something like, for about 20 min 3 times/day. I don't know if it's easy to find where you live, but I like to use a iodine cream to massage pulled muscles. It's black and it stinks a lot, but resolves the problem =)
