Question: "What is the latest movie you've seen?" Answer: The last movie I watched was Black Belt Karate 1977 (available on YouTube) Question: What is the funniest most embarrassing moment in your Dojo?
Answer: When I accidentally de-pants an eighteen year old hottie trying to go easy on a two-legged takedown with her Dad right there (he was a student as well). Question: what was the most important lesson learned from your first "real" fight/self defense situation?
Question: what was the most important lesson learned from your first "real" fight/self defense situation? Answer: For me, a good sprawl was all it took when their face was driven into the ground by the impact of body weigh plus gravity with an instant reaction time. FYI... is a "cheat" as I don't end up in RL fights... but made a freakin bloody mess at the DoJang when I was ask to not think but react. Question: If there was one thing you could change about you past, what would it be?
Question: If there was one thing you could change about you past, what would it be? Answer: Honestly this will sound sheesy, but nothing at all. I would not be the man I am today if not for the past that built me. I wouldn't be the fiancé (and eventual husband) I intend to be and not to mention the father of two awesome (most of the time....when they're quiet) kids. Although I could go short term and say that expresso espresso coffee I had about an hour ago was a bad idea that I could have done with changing. Question: If you could fight anyone from any time or place in a one on one no holds barred uber match who would it be and why?
Question: If you could fight anyone from any time or place in a one on one no holds barred uber match who would it be and why? Right now, I would fight Tyson, in his prime of combat. I would try to see how take downs and ground n pound works on one of the best punchers of all time. I would probably take a huge fist to the head, though. But it would be awesome. Question: If you could TRAIN with anyone from any time or place, for as long as you wanted, who would it be and why?

Question: What is your most embarrassing story showing off your "skills" for a group of friends at a party? Answer: Threw out a yoko geri kekomi one time wearing fairly tight jeans. Broke my phone in half which was in my pocket. Question: Hardest fight/situation you've ever been in as a martial artist?
Question: Hardest fight/situation you've ever been in as a martial artist? Answer: As a martial artist; an old instructor had a blood sugar problem. One day he came in and I hadn't met the sales quota. He told me to get my head gear and gloves on and he called hands and head shots only, which was a sign that he was just going to kick my tail for a little bit. I slipped a right cross and rocked him with a left hook to his head and he kicked me through a wall with a spinning back kick to my chest. I would have to say that and getting stabbed in the balls with a kwan-do sucked, it just so happened that was the same day. Question: what is the best non-martial arts memory you have inside a dojo?
Question: what is the best non-martial arts memory you have inside a dojo? A couple of summers ago we had two birds (starlings) trapped in the dojo. No idea how they got in, but they were flying, and swooping, and making the little kids screech. After about 20 minutes of a couple of teenagers (one of them was my son) trying to catch them with blankets and boxes and then trying to shoo them out the door with brooms and mops with absolutely no success, I stepped in. I told the kids to stand very still and quiet, turned off all the lights, and opened the door. Immediately, both birds flew out of the dark room and through the open door into daylight. The most memorable part....my son telling everyone how smart his mother is. May not seem like much, but if you have a teenaged son....you'll understand how remarkable that is...
