    Hey guys,

What do you think about doing different animal walks and movement drills for martial arts conditioning?

Many animal walks, crawls and similar are commonly used in many martial arts for warm-up and conditioning. I created a video of over 10 different variations I've learned over the years training multiple different martial arts. A few I've come up with my own.

These have benefits for strength, mobility, coordination and overall body awareness.

    What do you think?

Yea thanks. I do animal walks fairly often for stretching and mobility like you mentioned. Thanks for the video

We do these all the time. For kids, they love it because they are getting to play a bit for warm up (which is when we do animal drills). For adults, their bigger frames with more weight make them quite challenging.
