Torture.... Wouldn't advise a lot of weight with the snatch burpees, though. Shoulder injuries waiting to happen anytime you raise a weight from low to above shoulder. Shoulder exercises done above the shoulder level should be done straight above the shoulder, not out front or to the side. Tons of awesome burpees, though!
