Does anyone else here share an interest in or passion for doing calisthenics? I'm in the process of building some framework in the backyard for doing this style of strength training. I'm finding this great for strength building of core muscles, grip strength and grappling endurence, i.e - it's great for my BJJ.
Yes, I am a very big advocate of calisthenics. It will help us to develop the strength of our tendons and muscles, increase our flexibility, balance, and so on. Can't go wrong.
I do cals, just not like in that video! That's some pretty intense stuff, good luck with your training.
