Hi I'm new. I'm an older person (40's) learning Shaolin Kung fu and modern wushu at 2 different studios. I also take acrobatics and conditioning to help me with some of the scarier things about these two styles so that I learn how to fall, flip, and jump especially carefully, safely, and at my own speed. I'm here to be inspired by others, ask questions, and hear how other people train, especially those closer to my age and older. Cheers!
