I really like that the head instructor kept having to tell people to hit the stomach and not the solar plexus...after the fact.

 

Yeah, I went through that but there was only three black belts there ... not twenty.

 

Well Aaron, bows to you bro. I love the Kaju guys I know around Portland and go to their seminars all the time, and I know I can take some pretty good shots to the breadbasket, but hell man, even when I let the kids pound on my belly it hurts like crazy when they hit the sternum and floating ribs and it looked like a fair share of the guys in that video were hitting in some of the less protected spots. Guess ya' all be happy it wasn't a nut shot initiation.

 

Yeah, I was feeling for him when that really big guy laid into him ... that had to suck
