Proteine shakes.

    Very true, however protein drinks are a bit more economical and convenient.

    Convenience is a factor. I just prefer eating :ROFLMAO:

    Just remembered as well if you're planning on bulking up and speeding the muscle growth process I'd recommend getting some glucosamine sulphate as well for your joints.

    I love fish but I'd have some concern over the mercury levels in it. Plenty on the web discusses this facet.

    I dunno about mercury levels outside of tuna. Personally I eat cod since my aunt gets me loads for next to nothing.

    Can't be too much mercury in it, I'm not completely mad yet.

    Found this in a livestrong article titled "Can I eat fish everyday and still be healthy", since I'm a newbie, it did not let me post the link but that is the name of the article.

    And then, they have some links in the footnotes so I will research it more but here they seem to say it is okay daily.

    As said, there's a lot written on this topic on the web.

    I think diet is better then protein shakes to build body strength.

    Best I've found are the bitterly fortress protein powder.

    I wouldn't take protein shakes. I try and meet daily protein requirements from natural sources.
