Very true, however protein drinks are a bit more economical and convenient.
Convenience is a factor. I just prefer eating
Just remembered as well if you're planning on bulking up and speeding the muscle growth process I'd recommend getting some glucosamine sulphate as well for your joints.
Yeah I drink a lot of soda...
I love fish but I'd have some concern over the mercury levels in it. Plenty on the web discusses this facet.
I dunno about mercury levels outside of tuna. Personally I eat cod since my aunt gets me loads for next to nothing.
Can't be too much mercury in it, I'm not completely mad yet.
Found this in a livestrong article titled "Can I eat fish everyday and still be healthy", since I'm a newbie, it did not let me post the link but that is the name of the article.
And then, they have some links in the footnotes so I will research it more but here they seem to say it is okay daily.
As said, there's a lot written on this topic on the web.
I think diet is better then protein shakes to build body strength.
Best I've found are the bitterly fortress protein powder.
I wouldn't take protein shakes. I try and meet daily protein requirements from natural sources.
