It's a pretty extreme set of drills, but it does prove that they are some of the worlds best. While most countries use a lot of technical kit, a lot of planning, and a lot of modernisation, Russia has kept the policy of sheer brutality and a focus on getting the job done at all costs.
Like he said... extremely advanced drill for an operator. You have to understand the amount of training... which includes the amount of trust build... that precedes this level.
I can only assume it's some sort of fragmentation grenade, of the non lethal variety. Force and dust but no flames or shrapnel! It certainly works though. You'd be on that bus in a total daze!
INSANE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and ELITE ! ... to be honest ... I do not want to do this ... if I have no other reasons to be sane ... sure, as long as if I am the last person in the family/friends who is willing to survive for as long as I live ... SURE ! ... it should keep me busy while being a ”We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile.”
Concussive charge at the end quarter to third of the stick. Like a heavy flashbang. Super cool! As for the trust drills. Very advanced. Most will not make it to that level, just like most won't become Spetsnaz. Trust drills are some of the training that have been adopted by Mercenar..............I mean Security Companies like Academi (AKA.- XI, AKA-Blackwater, AKA-Greystone, etc.). One of my favorite things about training with some of those nut jobs, was the nonconventional firing position training. Multi direction Firing from your back, while sliding down stairs, or inverted suspension. Crazy times! Everyone of those drills left me bumped and bruised from rolling over obstacles or flat falls on hard surfaces. Awesome experience!!!! Granted, we didn't do trust drills. As it was a bunch of us psychos training mainly for info share and recreation.
