what is pink muscles and where are they on your body ? is there any specific exercises to strengthen these muscles ? im trying to find the best methods of becoming stronger without building huge muscle mass. right now the exercises i do for strength are push ups, tricep push ups, chin ups, pull ups, squats, squat thrusts, lunges, crunches, incline sit ups, clam shells and burpee's. so far ive become alot stronger from these exercises but im always interested in finding new and better methods just something straight forward without going into huge explanations as that kinda confuses the simple person such as myself lol

    Keeping it simple
    Powerlifting: Flat Bench, Squat, Deadlift
Olympic-type Lifts: Clean & Jerk, Snatch, etc
Strongman-type Lifts: generally grab something heavy and carry it or throw it somewhere
Plyometrics: Box Jumps, Medicineball Slams, etc

This is a good starting point for you to begin researching and integrating into your own fitness regimen.

Basically anything that follows a fairly natural movement is ideal. Rope climbs, stride sprints and box vaulting are good. Try researching Georges Hebert's natural method.
