hi i am working on some working out / warming up music and first i wanna hear your opinions. any good mix for training ? measured ? around 60 mins ? or 120 mins ? for any sport.. from kickboxing to.. taebo (aerobics) thanks
I always have enough of the music that plays in the gym. I only care about the rhythm, and diving into the song during practice seems a little strange to me. I think that special music needs to be played when you are doing something together, like playing ping-pong with it or other group sport, that everybody have the same rhythm
